Phase One: Preliminary Organization
Consider Phase One as laying the groundwork for effective advocacy. Phase One enables your community to respond swiftly to external influences.
The Phase One Guide covers:
Obtaining key documents, including Joining Resolutions for UN directive programs and Climate Action Plans
Confirming council hearing dates
Obtaining local representative and press contacts. Assistance for larger regions is available within the guide.
Creating a separate email account for these communications is recommended for organized follow-ups.
Phase 2: Research and Report Development
We offer a variety of reports on topics like the FCM ICLEI PCP Program, environmental stewardship, and more. Local advocates are encouraged to:
Research local NGOs that receive program funding
Compare costs of local environmental programs and initiatives
Utilize KICLEI Reports, ChatGPT, and personal research to create tailored reports on municipal plans, providing actionable recommendations for council realignment
Submit these reports to your council for formal consideration.
Phase Three: Public Campaign Development
These resources help your group engage and mobilize your community effectively.
Using our ChatGPT and your own inputs, Generate materials such as:
Customized petitions, scripts for delegations, follow-up emails, responses, and press releases
Talking points and a PowerPoint presentation for community townhalls

Start with a 1-Hour Meeting: Each campaign begins with a one-hour meeting to understand your community’s specific needs and goals.
Step-by-Step Process: Each step of the campaign typically takes 4-8 hours to complete, depending on the complexity and scope of the work involved.
Rates & Booking Information
Service Rates: Services are acquired at a hourly rate of $50 per hour, ensuring tailored, quality support for your community.
Booking Charge: Our time is in extremely high demand. A $50 booking contribution is recommended when scheduling a consultation.
